Brownie is a love affair between Vanilla Bean soft-serve gelato, a subtle crunch from walnuts and chocolate chip brownies. It’s adorned with a charming blend of sea salt caramel and chocolate. Served in cinnamon chimney cake cone, this dessert is a delightful treat you won’t want to miss!
Would you believe soft serve initially debuted in the 1930s at the hands of humble ice cream pioneer Tom Carvel? His truck’s malfunctioning on a hot day led to the unexpected discovery of smoother, creamier ice cream, birthing the whimsy of soft serve. This creation, with its delightful swirls and playful texture, swiftly captured hearts and become an enduring icon in the world of frozen desserts!
Did you know that Nutella’s embrace stretches far and wide across the globe? It’s like a romantic rendezvous—the deepest love affairs kindled in Italy, its birthplace, blossoming into a continental admiration. Places like Germany and France swoon over its sweet charms, while the United States can’t resist its hazelnut magic. Beyond these shores, its delectable aroma drifts through the Middle East and beyond, becoming the breakfast anthem in homes worldwide.
Legend spins tales of a forgetful chef, lost in the culinary ballet of the late 19th century. As the lore goes, amidst the chaos of a bustling kitchen, this ingenious mind omitted a key ingredient—baking powder. And lo and behold, from this forgetfulness emerged a delightful mishap: a denser, fudgier creation, neither cake nor cookie, a tantalizing sweet confection—the very essence of a brownie!
The saga of sea salt caramel sauce meanders through time. Some trace its roots to the windswept coastlines, where adventurous souls sought to marry the savory with the saccharine. This marriage birthed a revelation—a symphony of contrasts, where the boldness of salt tempered the sugary whispers of caramel, a culinary liaison that elevated mere desserts to celestial heights.

This ice cream spot is perfect if you’re looking to have a unique ice cream experience in Hollywood. There are plenty of parking garages nearby or street parking one block away. Masks are required as they are following COVID-19 guidelines. I got the matcha kit kat cone and it was amazing! The cone is also made out of churro! Will definitely be coming back.

Great spot for ice cream, shake or a coffee. I had the Tiramisu and loved it. Great European taste, not too sweet and delicious fried dough cone. Expect a little different and enjoy! Great coffee too, I had the Americano and enjoyed it without milk! Amazing instagram spot with the wall art & awesome murals! Must see place to head to on a visit to the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
This small shop is a must stop if you’re in the Hollywood Blvd area. There’s a large variety of choices of European Chimney cakes with ice cream and shakes! We were greeted with a warm welcome by founder and co-owner David. Their staff are very friendly and provide professional customer service. They also do adhere to social distancing by wearing masks and gloves. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
